SHIPPING METHODS
International-Outside Greece
The company with the distinctive title "POURIKA EGD" in an effort to achieve an even result and to protect in any case the visitors of its online presence describes below the ways of shipping its products.
Shipping Method (International Priority Mail)
All orders are shipped as registered via the Postal Office. Shipping costs are included in the value of products and are calculated automatically on checkout.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: In the above case, the process is simple, you place your order online and all (products and delivery charges) are paid by credit card.
Shipping Countries
We offer an international shopping and delivery experience to the most countries all over the world except those you can find below.
The Countries we DO NOT ship to are Australia, New Zeland, Ireland and United Kingdom. If you want to purchace the Pourika EGD hand shears you can find it from the official distributor with exclusive rights for these countries under the name of "Jakoti Hand Shears".
Delivery Time
We aim to process and despatch all orders within 2 working days from the time we recieve the order. International Priority mail is normally delivered to European Union countries in three to five (3-5) working days following the day of their posting,and to the rest of the World in three to ten (3-10) days. For orders that their weight exceeds the 2kg or 4.4 lbs, we will come in contact with you to find the best shipping solution.

Customs and Imports Charges
If you order goods from our site for delivery outside the EU, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be levied when the order reaches the delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further information please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
RETURN/CANCEL METHODS
You may return your purchased items, but we need to be informed fourteen (14) days after the receipt of the order. The order must be then returned to us within fourteen (14) days after we have been informed of the cancellation, however you will be responsible for the cost of returns the purchased items to us.
Returns are accepted when at least one of the following conditions is valid:
- Product packaging is intact and not damaged.
- The product has not been used.
- The return is about a disfunctional product or the product you received is not the one you ordered.
- Right to withdraw (EU Citizens)
We would recommend that you return your items via registered post. Please clearly state on the invoice the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.
If you a requesting to cancel your order you must contact us within six (6) hrs from the time the order was placed. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note once your order is processed we are unable to cancel.
